KMTN’s Mark “Fish” Fishman has been named best program director in the nation at this year’s Summitfest music industry awards ceremony.
The event, which normally takes place with hundreds of music and radio stars in Boulder, Colorado, was held virtually last week.
Fishman was selected as the best in commercial AAA radio markets ranked number 75 and above.
The radio station of the year award went to KBAC, Santa Fe.
The new artist of the year was Devon Gilfillian, artist of the year was awarded to Lizzo. while album of the year was given to Sturgill Simpson for his release “Sound and Fury”, and song of the year went to Nathaniel Raiteliff for “And its Still Alright”.
