Flu season is just around the corner again. Teton County Health Department is hosting an Adult 65+ Focused Flu Clinic at the Senior Center of Jackson Hole on Friday from 10:30 am-1:30 pm. High dose flu shots will be available for individuals who are 65 years old and over (while supplies last), while the quadrivalent flu shot (which provides protection against four strains of the influenza virus) are being made available for individuals who are under 65 years of age or individuals who choose not to receive the high dose flu shot. The Teton County Health Department can bill Medicare and other insurances for the cost of either type of flu shot. However, recipients need to bring their Medicare card, insurance card, or their supplemental insurance card to ensure accurate billing occurs. The county will also except same day cash payment for those without insurance.
