Local wildland fire managers will be presenting information about the upcoming Munger Mountain prescribed fire a week from today.
The Jackson Ranger District of the Bridger-Teton National Forest and Teton Interagency Fire are inviting community members living in and around the Munger Mountain, Game Creek, Horse Creek and Porcupines Creek neighborhoods, to join an information sharing session.
Numerous partners will also be present sharing information on wildland fire preparedness for public and private lands. This wildfire preparedness event will take place at the Munger Mountain Elementary School in the common area on March 17th starting at 4:30 pm.
