Dr. Dan Forman was announced as one of two recipients of the 2019 Teton County Board Volunteer of the Year Award on November 12, 2019 during a Teton County Board of County Commissioners. Dr. Forman has been on the Teton District Board of Health since its inception in 2006. During that time, he has served as the Vice-Chair for one term and the Board Chair for two terms, serving most recently in 2018-2019. The second recipient will be announced during a commissioner’s meeting in early December.
