The Four Seasons Resort and Residencies Jackson Hole in Teton Village was the only property in Wyoming to receive AAA Auto Club’s prestigious 5-Diamond Award for another year in a row since 2006. Five Diamond hotels, which include just 0.4% of the nearly 27,000 AAA Diamond lodgings, are noted for world-class luxury, amenities and indulgence for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. AAA this week unveiled the 2020 Five Diamond list, comprising just 119 hotels and 67 restaurants out of the nearly 60,000 AAA Diamond establishments across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. To earn the coveted AAA Five Diamond designation, hotels and restaurants must pass a rigorous evaluation that includes unannounced, in-person inspections, anonymous overnight stays for hotels, and, finally, review by a panel of experts as an additional step to ensure credibility. Six other hotels have achieved 4-Diamond status, including Jenny Lake Lodge, Grand Teton National Park, Snake River Lodge & Spa, Teton Village, Wyoming, Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, Teton Village, The Wort Hotel, Jackson, Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, and Hotel Jackson.
