With Memorial Day behind us, the country is officially into the summer tourist season – and it is not unusual to see the price of a gallon of gasoline rise. According to Gasbuddy, Wyoming’s state average is now $3.05 per gallon of unleaded regular which is one penny more than the national average. The lowest price in the state could be found in Newcastle where one station listed gasoline at $2.57 per gallon of unleaded regular. Locally, the average in Jackson Hole currently is $3.35 per gallon ranging from $3.19 to $3.54 per gallon. In Teton Valley, Idaho, the average at the pump is $3.39 per gallon.
