Lower Valley Energy experienced a disruption of its natural gas service in Teton County, Wyoming Saturday after experiencing problems in its gas distribution system. According to the utility, the issue was upstream with a compressor malfunction. Service was back to normal by about noon, and technicians from neighboring utilities joined the effort to relight pilot lights on customers’ appliances. No incidents relating to the outage were reported.
