Gas Prices Up

This week’s gasoline survey shows the average price for gasoline in Jackson Hole has risen another 4¢ over the last week, with the average of prices surveyed by Gasbuddy this week totaling $2.97 per gallon of unleaded regular. This week’s prices in the Valley ranged from $2.89 to $3.26 per gallon. Jackson’s average is still substantially higher than the Wyoming state average of $2.68 per gallon which increased 8¢ since last week. The lowest price in Wyoming was found in Gillette with one station there pricing gasoline at $2.37 a gallon. Gasoline surveyed in Teton Valley remained steady over the past week at $3.12 a gallon. Nationally, AAA Auto Club says the average across the 50 states rose a penney to $2.61 a gallon for a second week.
