For those taking glass bottles to the Teton County Recycling Center or satellite recycling sites, glass no longer needs to be separated by color. Carrie Bell of the center says all glass bins are now available for all colors of glass. Signage will begin reflecting this change this week, however, recyclers should begin mixing glass colors regardless of whether the signs have been updated. Also, even though glass colors can be mixed, food grade glass is still only accepted in the glass bin. Windshield glass, windowpanes, ceramics, Pyrex, mirrors and any other nonfood grade glass are still not accepted in this bin.
