Good Graduation Rates in Wyoming

Wyoming apparently has some pretty committed students. The Wyoming Department of Education announced Tuesday that high school graduation rates increased to 82.3% in 2019-20, marking the seventh consecutive year of improvement from the class of 2013, where 77.6% of students graduated.
Teton County  is one of 18 school districts where the graduation rate is above 90%, reporting a 93.6% graduation rate. Park County District 16 and Washakie County District 2 reported 100% graduation rates last year.
Since the 2009-10 school year, the Department of Education has calculated graduation rates using the Federal Four-Year Adjusted Cohort Methodology established by the U.S. Department of Education, complying with federal law that requires all states to calculate graduation rates the same way.
