“I am a life member of the NRA and believe the right to bear arms is fundamental,” said Gordon. “Growing up on a ranch, owning guns is part of our way of life. I hunt, have taught all my kids how to shoot and have firearms for personal protection. As Governor, I will continue to be a staunch defender of the Second Amendment.”
Gordon completed the Wyoming Gun Owners candidate survey and received a score of 100 percent for his pro-gun answers. Gordon reiterated his commitment to protecting and defending Second Amendment rights, including upholding Wyoming’s Constitutional Carry law and opposing efforts to take gun ownership rights away from 18-20 year old’s as has been proposed in other states.
Wyoming Gun Owners has been a hard-hitting, no compromise, boots-on-the-ground gun rights organization in Wyoming since 2010. They are dedicated to one thing: defending and advancing the 2nd Amendment rights of all law-abiding citizens in the state of Wyoming.
