Statistics from Grand Teton National Park for November’s visitations have been released now and show the park on track for a record year. According to the National Park Service Visitor Use Statistics Office, Grand Teton saw 47,599 people through the entrance stations for recreation during the month which is a 4.6% increase over the same month in 2017. Combined with non-recreational visitation to the park, the total number of people entering the park so far this year is 3,445,299 which is an annual record in spite of one month remaining to be factored in. This is the second record-breaking year in a row, already besting 2017’s year-end total by 128,299. Neighboring Yellowstone National Park previously reported one of the four highest visitation years on record.
