The Annual Community Health Fair will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 9 am to noon at the Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation Center.
“This year’s Fair will once again be an opportunity for community members to receive free medical screenings,” said Julia Heemstra, director of wellness at St. John’s Medical Center. “Last year, providers at the Health Fair performed over 850 free screenings. This is the ideal opportunity for those with questions about their health to receive the answers they need.”
Exhibitors at the 2019 Health Fair who provide an evidence-based medical screening will not be charged a fee. Other exhibitors will need pay an entry fee of $50. Electrical power is available to a limited number of booths for an additional $75.
Applications for exhibitors — as well as exhibit guidelines — are available atwww.tetonhospital.org/healthfair. Applications are due Monday, April 15, and vendors will be notified of their acceptance by Monday, April 22.
In addition to free health screenings, the fair will also include family-friendly activities, health information, and refreshments. Over 500 people attend the fair each year, with exhibits grouped by topic. The Spring Run-off 5K will also take place in conjunction with the Health Fair.
