Construction season has begun in Wyoming, with road work causing delays now on US Highway 191 north of Daniel Junction. The Wyoming Department of Transportation have begun working on several bridges there. WYDOT, along with contract crews from Lewis & Lewis, Inc. have set up traffic control at Warren Bridge and North Beaver Creek Bridge. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane and controlled by a timed traffic light. The work will include pavement surfacing, bridge rehabilitation and miscellaneous work on 8 ½ miles of the road beginning at milepost 120. Paving and work on an additional bridge will take place in June. The completion date for this work is October first. WYDOT is asking that drivers to expect delays and plan for delays in their travel accordingly.
