US Highway 189-191 through Hoback Canyon was blocked for several hours Sunday after a tractor trailer driving the icy road jackknifed, blocking both directions of travel. According to a report from the Wyoming Highway patrol, the incident was reported about 6:00 am. The wreck was cleared by shortly after 10:00 am. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
