Jackson enjoyed some home cooking for homecoming as the Broncs offense found paydirt the first 7 times it touched the football. Sadler Smith dropped dimes on Friday. The Broncs QB found Sam Scott on three touchdown passes, and added another to TE Colter Dawson. The aerial assault gave even more room for Brody Hasenack to run. He skipped into the end zone twice. Add a Clancy Meagher kickoff return for a touchdown and a safety for the defense and Jackson had little trouble with heavy underdogs Evanston enroute to a 58-7 final. It sets up an exciting finish in the 3A West where the top-ranked and highest scoring team in the conference will control its own destiny—facing off against second-ranked Powell and #3 Cody to close out the season.
