The Broncs extended their winning streak to seven straight to start the season with a 6-0 whitewashing of the Star Valley Braves on Thursday.
Once again Teddy Opler led the way with a hat trick, scoring the Broncs’ 2nd, 4th, and 5th goals after James Dewell opened the scoring just 4 minutes into the game. For Opler, that’s 10 goals on the season now to lead all Broncs scorers.
Star Valley finished the match with just 3 shots on goal as the Broncs carried the play with 28 total shots on net.
Charlie Hoeschler converted a 25-yard free kick for a 3-0 lead that Jackson took into the half. Opler tallied twice more in the second half and Daniel Huerta blasted a shot from the left side for Jackson’s final goal of the game.
The Broncs are now 7-0 on the season. Star Valley falls to 1-4.
