It’s a big night at Jackson Hole Airport tonight – and while every flight coming and going from the valley is important, Airport Director Jim Elwood says this one is particularly important.
“Santa’s visit on Christmas Eve is a very very important trip, and we want to make sure that it goes very well – and any of the young girls and boys out there that are concerned about Santa’s visit and any limitations here at the airport; they need not worry! We’ve been in constant contact with the North Pole and Santa’s workshop. We’ve got all the clearances squared up, and Santa will have an easy and productive trip through Jackson Hole on Christmas Eve.
Moreover, when Santa arrives here, Elwood says it is a team effort to facilitate his visit to Jackson Hole.
“We’ve got a wonderful snow-crew team, a wonderful hospitality group here, and you know, it really comes down to making sure that Santa has a great visit through Jackson Hole and that he can be on his way to all the other young people around the world who also look forward to his visit.
