The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce announced on March 11th that the 44th annual Old West Days Festival will run from May 16th to May 26th in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This 11-day event highlights the region’s Western heritage with a range of family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and cultural experiences.
The festival features several key events. The Mountain Man Rendezvous offers living history displays, crafts, and storytelling from the fur trade era. ElkFest includes the renowned elk antler auction, benefiting local scouting and the National Elk Refuge, alongside outdoor activities. The High Noon Chili Cook-Off pits local cooks against each other, while the Old West Brewfest showcases regional craft beers and ciders, with attendees voting for the Golden Boot award winner. The Best of the West Parade brings history to life with floats and bands, and the Million Dollar Music Fest delivers free country music on Town Square. The Jackson Hole Half Marathon rounds out the lineup with a scenic run through the area.
