Gasoline prices are rising locally in Jackson Hole but have remained steady nationwide. A survey of 12 stations in Jackson this week shows the average price for gasoline here at $2.48 per gallon of unleaded regular, with prices at the pump this week ranging from $2.38 to $2.79 per gallon. Gasbuddy lists Wyoming’s state average at $2.17 per gallon with the lowest price in the state found in Laramie where one station had regular unleaded gasoline for $1.78 a gallon. The average price for gasoline in Teton Valley, Idaho has remained $2.49 a gallon this week. Nationally, AAA Auto Club says the average across the 50 states held steady at $2.17 a gallon.
