The Jackson Town Council meets tonight at the Town Hall on Pearl Avenue.
The council is set to approve documents involving a contentious housing development on the Rodeo Grounds on Snow King Avenue, and a long-awaited rewrite of a job description for the vacant town manager’s job.
The council will push off a discussion on a nearly 200 unit apartment project on South Park Loop Road as well as a review of a request to vacate a public alley located on the 300 Block of North Cache Street .
The council is ready to hire former State Representative Andy Schwartz to be a lobbyist for the Town of Jackson at the upcoming Wyoming Legislative session. The council has budgeted 25000 for Schwartz’s services.
