On the tails of an outstanding winter season, Snow King Resort is looking forward to opening for the summer tomorrow. Known locally as “the town hill,” Snow Kingis a year-round hub where locals and visitors alike gather to get their heart pumping with stunning views, hiking, mountain biking, and myriad of exciting summer attractions. In recent news, the Wyoming State Rehabilitation Council awarded Snow King Mountain the Ripple Award, honoring the resort for its dedication and support employing individuals with disabilities in Wyoming through a partnership with Teton County’s Vocational Rehabilitation Center.Summer activities on the mountain, include the Treetop Adventure and Flying Squirrel, Cowboy Coaster, Avalanche Alpine Slide, Amaze’n Maze, Mini Golf, and the Summit Scenic Lift. A Bungee tramp will open June 15th.Snow King Mountain Resort was founded in 1939 as Wyoming’s first ski resort.
