Jackson Mayor Hailey Morton Levinson and Roller and Tack Development companies will kick off construction of 12 Workforce Ownership units with a formal ground-breaking ceremony today at 2:00 pm. The project is located at 440 W. Kelly Avenue.
The project will result in 12 ownership units – 2 one-bedroom homes and 10 two-bedroom homes – for households working in Teton County. The Town of Jackson is providing the land for this development, which was purchased for $1,703,416.03 in January 2019. The anticipated Completion of the project is the fall of 2022.
