Friday night fights 6-1  win included a bunch of rough stuff. The Moose jumped out to a 3-1 lead after the first 20 minutes, added 3 more in the 2nd and then hung on as the Stingers turned the final 20 minutes into a chippy affair.
Drew Akins and Ryan Glantz both contributed a pair of goals. Joe Zelenka and Alex Dewitz also tallied. Newcomer Rowan Wuerderman and veteran defenseman Kristian Ophus each received fighting majors.
