Due to the Novel Coronavirus, events in Jackson Hole are being canceled months in advance. Energy Conservation Works has announced the 2020 Eco Fair scheduled for May 9th has been postponed to an as-yet-to-be-determined date. Event Director Virginia Powell Symons says this decision aligns with current guidance from health and safety professionals in our community regarding large events, and is influenced by the uncertain conditions we will face in the coming weeks and months. Likewise, the Jackson Hole News and Guide has announced that Based on the Center for Disease Control’s most recent guidelines regarding large gatherings for the next 60 days, we are canceling the 38th annual Home Show event, originally scheduled for April 17th and 18th. These two high-profile events come in addition to the 38th Annual Pole Peddle Paddle which was announced as cancelled last week.
