A holiday inspired tradition takes place this weekend at with a Cookie Swap out at the Murie Center on Sunday. To participate, just bring a couple dozen of your favorite cookies and a container and swap for a wide assortment of the valley’s best cookies including and some of Mardy’s Murie’s own Cry Baby Cookies.
This event is at the Murie Center from 1-4 pm, where you can enjoy hot cider on Mardy and Olaus Murie’s porch with a special custom mug to the first 100 folks who arrive.
Transportation will be provided from the Moose Post Office Parking Lot. A Wildlife Expeditions Snow Coach will be running shuttles from that lot to the Murie Ranch every half-hour starting at 1pm. Or, you can ski or snowshoe to the Center for a truly winter wonderland experience.
It’s a family-friendly gathering at the Murie Center for the holiday season.
