The National Museum of Wildlife Art will temporarily close to the public, effective immediately until at least April 6th. Staff will be working remotely during the closure and several events have postponed in the future as well. Museum staff explains that the safety and wellness of their visitors, board, volunteers, staff is of utmost importance. In their closure announcement, museum officials added that even though the building’s doors are closed, the Museum encourages people to take a virtual tour through the museum, search the online collection, or watch the Elk Refuge webcam.
