Early in the morning on Friday, a fuel truck was traveling on Highway 191 when the driver lost control and rolled over in the western portion of the park.
Approximately 4,800 gallons of unleaded gasoline spilled because of the crash near Grayling Creek.
National Park Service crews and Hebgen Basin Fire and EMS units responded immediately, and cleanup efforts are ongoing. There were no injuries, and it was not known whether any of the fuel ended up in Grayling Creek.
