The Wyoming Public Service Commission has announced that a public hearing has been scheduled regarding the Application of Nordic Ranches Water, LLC serving the Nordic Ranches subdivision northwest of Alpine. The application seeks a general rate increase of $200,197.00 per annum, revised rules and regulations, and a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. The public hearing is set for Thursday, December 20th at 9:00 am, in the Commission’s hearing room in Cheyenne. The public service commission encourages all interested persons to attend and participate in the public hearing which will be conducted in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission Rules. Interested persons may also testify through counsel, as provided by Commission Rule.
