The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce officially announced today that the annual Old West Days Celebration has been cancelled for this year, while two other major events that typically take place this time of year will be postponed until the threat of COVID-19 eases. Old West Days, was scheduled to be held May 16th – 25th. The 10-day “Old West Day’s” festival is an annual celebration of Jackson’s history and culture. Meanwhile, two of Jackson’s springtime’s main attractions, the Million Dollar MusicFest and the ElkFest Antler Auction, will be postponed to alternate dates that will be determined later in the year. The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the event’s planning committees, decided that cancellation of the festival is the right decision in support of the community’s commitment to health and safety and adhering to Town and County recommendations.
