Tuesday, a solo male paraglider was seriously injured in an accident within the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area boundary.
At approximately 1:54 pm a call was made to Teton County Sheriff’s Office dispatch reporting that a paraglider crashed and was injured in Tensleep Bowl. Second to the reporting party Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski patrol were on the scene at approximately 2 pm. The patient transported from Tensleep Bowl via Teton County Search and Rescue helicopter at approx 2:45 pm where he was taken to St. Johns Hospital.
