Statistics for October visitation to Grand Teton National Park have been posted now, showing a more than 10% decline in visitation when compared with October one year ago. According to the National Park Visitor Use Statistics Office, 186,487 people entered the park for recreation activities during the month compared with 207,534 the year before. Still, it marks the fourth busiest October in the park historically. Combined with non-recreational business in the park, the total traffic through the park year-to-date was 4,702,238 which is more than 90-thousand fewer than in 2018
