This week’s gasoline survey shows the average price for gasoline in Jackson Hole decreased 3¢ over the past two weeks, with the average of prices surveyed by Gasbuddy this week totaling $2.78 per gallon of unleaded regular. This week’s prices in the Valley ranged from $2.69 to $3.03 per gallon. Jackson’s average is still substantially higher than the Wyoming state average of $2.65 per gallon which increased 1¢ over the period. The lowest price in Wyoming was found in Gillette with one station there pricing gasoline at $2.27 a gallon. Gasoline surveyed in Teton Valley remained a steady $2.95 a gallon. Nationally, AAA Auto Club says the average has decreased 1¢ to $2.64 a gallon this week. Alternatively, compressed natural gas in Jackson is remained priced at $1.80 a gallon.
