The investigation into last weekend’s explosion that leveled a building outside Victor, Idaho has been mostly completed now, although Fire Chief Bret Campbell says they hope to interview the victim, Rodney Taylor after he has recovered. Campbell explains that the building was actually a free-standing woodworking shop adjacent the residence. Campbell says while an exact ignition has not yet been determined, the explosion was propane fueled. Campbell says the explosion was on the south end of the workshop, and Taylor was at the north end. In addition to demolishing the workshop, the explosion severely damaged the adjacent residence – probably beyond repair. Taylor is currently in the University of Utah burn center in very serious condition
