Not very many recreational visitors were reported in Yellowstone National Park during November as most of the park’s roads were closed for the season. However, the monthly report does document 13,849 people visiting the park for recreational purposes which is actually more than a 30% increase over last year. However, combining recreational and non-recreational visits to the park for the year, the numbers are point-4 percent lower than they were in 2017. Still, that puts this year’s recreational visits the fourth highest on record with still one month left in the year. Grand Teton National Park’ November report was not immediately available.
