Teton County Parks and Recreation will be entering Phase II of its reopening early next month. In this phase, the Recreation Center will expand swimming opportunities from five days to seven days a week. Under the plan, open lap swimming will be permitted for one person per lane unless from the same household Monday through Friday from 6:00 until 11:30 am. Then lap swimming within those restriction will be scheduled by reservation for one-hour blocks between 12:15 until 5:00 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, public family open swimming will be allotted in 1 ½ hour blocks by reservation between 10:30 am and 5:00 pm. The steam room, sauna, hot tub, and therapy pool will remain closed during family swim. The new Phase II schedule will take effect July 5th. As part of the Phase II reopening, the free community shower program will close on Wednesday, July 1st.
