Thanks to significant snowfall and cold temperatures in early January, the Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation Department can finally open all County ice-skating rinks in Jackson and Wilson.
The Rodeo Grounds Rink, West Snow King Avenue Rink, and Powderhorn Park Rink in Jackson; along with Owen Bircher Park Rink in Wilson have all been prepared. Lights at the rinks will remain on until 9:00 pm daily. At this time, the Alta Park Rink in Alta is closed, but Parks crews hope to have it operational by the end of the week.
