900 more contributors remain to be found before August 5thin order to preserve the Van Vleck block in downtown Jackson. After the success of two million-dollar challenge grants, the final drive is nearing an end. One week remains until the 5,000 gifts by August 5th$1-million challenge deadline expires which is within about 900 gifts of becoming reality. The Jackson Hole Land Trust points out that the community has shown up for each challenge since they started raising funds in late April. With the final goal in sight, they Land Trust is earnestly requesting additional residents to make donations of any size in the effort to save the block.
