Teton County Representative Andy Schwartz announced yesterday he intends to run for reelection to House District 23. In making the announcement, Schwartz says Wyoming is now facing a major turning point. He points out that COVID-19 has dominated our lives for almost two months now. Schwartz says the response in our community has been strong and effective, and that has clearly reduced the severity of the outbreak here. Says Schwartz, “We should all take pride in the efforts and sacrifices we have made, but there will still be significant challenges both here and throughout the Wyoming.” The situation will certainly pose significant challenges to be dealt with in the state government over the next two years. Schwartz says his experience as a long-time business owner in Jackson, twelve years as County Commissioner, and now three terms in the Wyoming Legislature gives him the seasoned leadership needed.
