START Bus will resume transit service to and from Jackson Hole Airport starting December 14, 2024. The service will be running through April 13, 2025. The route is supported by Teton County, the Town of Jackson, and the Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board. It was created to help locals and visitors access the airport and connect to the broader START Bus network.
Buses will leave for the airport every hour from Miller Park transit hub starting at 5:00 a.m. The last departure at 9:00 p.m. For the return trip, buses will depart the airport hourly from 5:40 a.m. The final departure waiting until 10:00 p.m. to accommodate late arrivals. The route includes stops at Miller Park, Antler Inn, Deloney and Willow, and the Home Ranch Welcome Center.
Each bus can hold up to 53 passengers and has luggage storage. Riders can use the Transit App to buy tickets, check schedules, and monitor routes. One-way fares are $10 for adults and $5 for those over 65, children 12 and under, and individuals with disabilities. Children under 8 ride free when accompanied by an adult.
Cash is accepted on board, but drivers cannot provide change. For convenience, use the Transit App, which is available for download on the App Store or Google Play.
