Highway 26 just west of the Wyoming border was totally cleared for travel about 12:30 am Wednesday after a semi overturned and cut off all traffic for about 5½ hours. The truck was hauling insulation and came to rest perpendicular to the highway. Workers were able to open one lane to alternating traffic at about 1:40 pm while work continued to clean up the wreck. There was no word on the driver’s condition.
