Silver Star Communication is issuing advanced notice that sometime in the next several weeks, they will be transitioning to a new billing platform called SmartHub. This conversion will give customers a better user experience, and will result in changes to both the appearance of their bills and the way in which they access their online accounts to pay a bill. For those who pay online or use auto pay, there will be some steps to be taken to register on this new platform and for their payments to be processed. Silver Star had been working on this transition for over a year, and didn’t anticipate making this switch during these difficult times. Because of this, the company is still in the process of determining exactly when this change will occur – possibly sometime in the next 30-60 days. At that time, customers will be asked to register on the SmartHub portal when it is accessible.
