St. John’s Health recently received numerous awards from prestigious ratings organizations, highlighting quality in the emergency department, orthopedics, obstetrics, mammography, and outpatient experience. The Women’s Choice Award®, a referral source for healthcare choices based on robust national criteria, named St. John’s Health one of “America’s Best Hospitals” for placing in the top 1% of over 4,500 hospitals nationwide in obstetrics, orthopedics, and emergency care. The organization also honored St. John’s with awards for mammography imaging and outpatient experience. St. John’s Health Emergency Department also received top marks from Press Ganey, which granted the department the “Guardian of Excellence Award” for achieving a rank of the top 95th percentile in patient satisfaction surveys, including data collected during the Covid-19 pandemic. Patients provided high scores for both “Likelihood to Recommend” and “Overall Rating.”
