On July 14th, the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, joined by Mayor Arne Jorgensen, Chamber Chair Alex Lemieux, and Vice President John Morgan, celebrated the grand opening of Steadfire Chophouse at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new 122-seat, 3,456-square-foot dining venue introduces an all-day dining concept that celebrates the American West through flame-cooked cuisine, locally sourced ingredients, and a refined mountain aesthetic.
Steadfire Chophouse offers an upscale yet approachable experience for locals and resort guests alike. Starting in August, the restaurant will feature a decadent Sunday Brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with à la carte items, seasonal specialties, and bottomless mimosas. Weekly highlights include “Shaken & Shucked” Wednesdays with martini and oyster specials and Thursday night roasts featuring chef-curated prime rib. The menu showcases open-flame Wagyu cuts, bison and elk chops, a robust raw bar, artisan desserts by Pastry Chef Rhonda Ashton, and a wine and cocktail program inspired by Western heritage.
“We’re excited to welcome Steadfire Chophouse—an exciting new addition that raises the bar for the Four Seasons and our local dining scene,” said John Morgan. Executive Chef Michael Goralski emphasized the restaurant’s connection to Wyoming, stating, “We’re proud to honor Wyoming’s ranching heritage through the Steadfire menu and our partnerships with top local ranches.”Steadfire is open daily for breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with reservations available online.
