A lawsuit claiming defamation, civil conspiracy and interference with a business contract that was filed by Former Wilson Outfitter Forest Stearns has been dismissed with prejudice by Ninth District Judge Tim Day Monday.
The lawsuit was brought against three individuals who had created a Facebook page in order to allow people to express their opinions regarding the treatment of a horse last year in Stearns’ paddock.
That lawsuit had reportedly sought an “amount in controversy” totaling $1-million in damages.
