Starting today, the Town of Jackson and Evans Construction will be closing Jackson Street between Broadway Avenue and Pearl Avenue to begin streetscape construction. The project is anticipated to be completed by late May or early June. Starting Monday morning there will be no parking on this portion of Jackson Street and pedestrian access will be limited to the west side of Jackson Street. The alley access from Milward to Mountain Modern will be limited to local and business traffic only. Businesses will remain accessible during this construction project.
