No injuries in a pair of holiday weekend fires
It was a busy holiday weekend in Pinedale. Sublette County Unified Fire was called out to two separate structure fires. On Friday at about 3:00 in the morning. the fire department responded to a chimney fire in a two-story house, north of Boulder. Firefighters quickly put out the blaze. There were no injuries were able to return to the home.

Then on Monday at about 9 am they responded to another fire north of Pinedale in a large outbuilding. Firefighters discovered an outbuilding on fire with a haystack, chicken coop, wood shop, storage, and numerous small propane tanks also burning.
Firefighters contained the fire to the involved outbuilding and prevented any further spread.
Fire crews worked until late afternoon mopping up and investigating.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
