Yes, that was snow that fell on Togwotee Pass early Sunday morning. The Weather Service did not have an official measurement but said what it termed “minor snow” overnight had caused roads above 9000 feet on US 26 between Dubois and Moran to be slick. The snow was expected to melt off the roads through the morning.
On Saturday afternoon, a mudslide blocked one lane of Highway 89 just south of Fall Creek Road in the Snake River Canyon. Traffic experienced some delays as WYDOT crews cleaned up the debris.
