A Jackson-based non-profit organization will begin offering COVID-19 antibody testing those living and working in Teton County on April 30th. Testing will be offered through private healthcare clinics around the community. Test Teton Now began the beta phase of testing last week with volunteers. The current TTN test detects whether a person has established COVID-19 antibodies at least 10 days post-onset of symptoms. TTN has acquired 10,000 COVID-19 antibody tests which will be used to test 8,000 – 9,000 individuals 18 years and older for $75 per person. The organization is working with Extherid Biosciences, LLC to conduct testing. Extherid is working with other private and university-based laboratories across the country on COVID-19 antibody testing and will continue to validate this COVID-19 antibody test.
