Teton County’s free Network of Care web portal, a resource providing access to health and social services, has been updated with several new features. Originally launched in 2017 by St. John’s Health and the Teton County Health Department under the Healthy Teton County initiative, the portal serves as a comprehensive directory for community health resources.
The Summer 2024 updates include:
- New User-Friendly Interface: The site now features improved navigation and an intuitive layout, making it easier for users to find the health services they need.
- Community Resource Tab: This new tab highlights local, state, and national resources, with a focus on behavioral health.
- Individualized Profiles: Users can create personalized profiles to save listings, track health provider information, and share details with family members or caregivers.
- Updated Service Provider Directory: The provider list has been refreshed with up-to-date contact information, locations, and accepted insurances.
Providers who wish to be added to the directory can submit their information for review by the Teton County Health Department. The site is available 24/7 in both English and Spanish and can be accessed through the Teton County Health Department website or by visiting the Network of Care portal.
